By placing an order on the JOYLEE™ site, you are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Delivery times may vary according to availability and your location. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that result from postal services or unforseen, unavoidable circumstances.

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email does not constitute as acceptance of your purchase. Payments are conducted through a third-party provider, hence approved payments do not constitute as acceptance of your purchase. A contract between us for your purchases are only established once your purchases have been delivered. We reserve the right to cancel any order up to this point of contract, at which point we will offer you a full refund.

Pricing And Product Availability
Whilst we strive to ensure all details, descriptions and prices on this site are accurate, errors may occur. Should we find an error in pricing on a product you have purchased, we will notify you and provide you the option to reconfirm your order, or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will terminate the order automatically.

This site may contain typographical errors, errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and omissions from time to time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders placed on the site that may contain, without limitation: errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies.

Discount Codes and Coupons
We may, from time to time, offer discount codes or coupons which may be applied to any or certain specified purchases made on the site. The terms and conditions of use to any discount code or coupon will be specified at the time of issue.

The following terms and conditions apply to all JOYLEE™ promotions, discount codes or coupons unless otherwise stated:

• Only one (1) code can be used per order.
• A discount code or coupon cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
• Discount codes or coupons are not exchangeable for cash.
• Discount codes or coupons that have been issued to your email or JOYLEE™ account are non-transferable and can only be used for the purpose of which it was issued.
• Minimum spend limits or category exclusions may apply, which will be explained at the time of issue of each discount code or coupon.
• You may not use discount codes to purchase JOYLEE™ products, only to re-sell them at a higher price.

Use of the code or coupon constitutes as an acceptance on your part of all the terms and conditions applied.

Should you misuse the discount code or coupon in any way we consider abuse to the spirit in which the code was issued, we reserve the right to cancel or withdraw your code or coupon without prior notice.
